Our placement counselors are trained to listen carefully to evaluate your needs, and then assist in the selection of best provider for your family. CTR Nanny is a proud sponsor of The Children's Miracle Network. We donate a portion of all registrations and placement fees to this worthy cause helping children in our communities.

Our Services: We provide staffing for long-term, full-time domestic positions throughout the United States, as well as short-term staffing in the DFW area. These include: On-Call Care; Housekeepers; Mother's Helper; Nanny; Night Nanny; Tutor/Educator; Infant Care/Postpartum Specialist; Hotel/Event Care; Personal Assistant; Social Secretary; Chefs and Drivers.

CTR Nanny supports continuing education. We encourage our care providers to participate in professional organizations which promote continuing education. We are members of the International Nanny Association, & the Better Business Bureau.     

CTR Nanny is a certified training center for Baby Signs Program ®.

 Who are Choose The Right Nanny Care Providers? We interview literally hundreds of potential care providers. Fewer than 10% make it through the screening process. CTR Nanny represents the best qualified candidates. We personally screen each candidate's skill sets, personality traits, character, experience, energy level, professionalism, and select them with your requirements in mind. Candidates must pass a thorough background check. Drug & medical screening are available on request.

Evaluation Criteria

CTR Nanny Fees

Permanent Full-Time (30 hours+) Agency Fees
Registered Referral Fee: $125
Agency Placement Fee: 12% of the Caregiver's annual gross salary or $2475 (whichever is the greater)

Permanent Part-Time (under 30 hours) Agency Fees
Registered Referral Fee: $125
Agency Placement Fee: 12% of the Caregiver's annual gross salary or $1238 (whichever is the greater)

Permanent Full and Part Time Caregiver Fees
These salaries vary by many factors which include: experience, maturity, skills, location, benefits, and job requirements. Please speak to a placement coordinator who will carefully assess the specific requirements of the position and assist you in the selection and placement process.

Temporary Placement Agency Fees
Registered Membership: $125 1st year/$100 per annual renewal
Membership includes unlimited use of On-Call Referral Services (Hourly agency/caregiver fees apply)
Non-Member: $40 per day of On-Call service plus $5 per hour agency fees. (Hourly caregiver fees apply)
Additional Fees: $25 for scheduled placement within 24 hours; $25 for cancellation of a confirmed placement.

• On-Call Referral Services are available only in DFW and areas north of the city.
• Agency fees will be charged to the credit card on file confirmation of a scheduled service referral.
• Agency fees are based on a 4 hour minimum and are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Agency placement fee for a 5 day weekly placement is $75 per week ($15 per additional day)

All fees are based on a maximum of two children at least 12 months apart.
Hourly rate increases $1.00 per hour per additional child.
Twins or multiples increase $1.00 per hour per child.
Overnight rate reflects a maximum of 12 hours. Hourly rate will apply for additional hours.
Overtime is paid when a temporary caregiver works more than 40 hours in one week or on a standard holiday.

*Please note: Requests for specific care providers will be honored when possible but cannot be guaranteed due to the temporary nature of these assignments.

Guarantee
Full-time/Permanent Part-time
Choose The Right Nanny offers a guarantee of referral toward the replacement of one provider within 90 days of placement; unless the provider was mistreated in any way, or is terminated without cause. Due to the nature of Temporary or On-Call placements, the guarantee is limited to providing a replacement for the requested work order or giving credit toward a future work order. More detailed information is contained in the Client Services Agreement.
